New install it shower on wifi network on first power up I stated Smartthings install it would not discover I looked in wifi and there were no Konnected I tried powering down many times nothing I checked board connection it was good I think it is a board problem

Had the same issue among few other issues that I can not solve yet, but found out that if you try to reset the module by connecting to a computer it connects to the Wifi while it’s resetting without a problem. There is an article on how to download the driver and the software to reset it in the knowledge base. If you can not find let me know and hopefully I put a link for it here.
