Configure Smart Home Monitor for Noonlight

Noonlight is a switch or alarm in your SmartThings device list. When the Noonlight switch is turned on, a signal is sent to Noonlight via the SmartThings cloud. To enable Smart Home Monitor to alert Noonlight in an intrusion or smoke detection we just have to set the Noonlight switch in Alert with Sirens.

SmartThings Classic App

  1. Tap on Smart Home Monitor from the Dashboard.
  2. Tap the Configure icon
  3. Tap on Security
  4. Continue through the steps until you see Alert with Sirens
  5. Tap Select Sirens and select the Noonlight switch
  6. Tap Save
  7. Repeat for Smoke if you are using SmartThings with smoke detectors

New SmartThings App

  1. Tap on Smart Home Monitor from the Dashboard
  2. Tap the three dots menu and select Settings
  3. Tap on Security
  4. Continue through the steps until you get to the Set Response screen
  5. Tap Sirens and select the Noonlight switch
  6. Repeat for Smoke if you are using SmartThings with smoke detectors
