Returns are accepted within 60 days of receipt of your product.
If you're unhappy with your Konnected product for any reason and wish to return it for a refund, please contact us using this form and include your order number and/or email address used to place your order. If returning from the U.S., we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label that you can print at home and affix to the package for return. Please save all packaging and return the items in the original packaging whenever possible.
Returns for refund are subject to a return shipping fee:

Returns containing lithium-ion battery products must be returned in the original box with the battery warning label visible and intact. These products must also be returned via UPS Ground.
Once we receive your return, we will issue you a refund of the price paid minus the return shipping fee. Returns are usually processed within 15 working days. However, during peak periods, it may take up to 30 working days to process your return once we receive it at our facility.

3D Printed Frames are custom-made to order by a 3rd partner and are not returnable or refundable.
Digital products such as ActionTiles licenses are not returnable or refundable.
Amazon & 3rd-party Seller Returns
Purchases made via 3rd-party sellers, including Amazon or any of Konnected's reseller partners, are not governed under this return policy, and returns must be done via the original seller.
