Missing Boards under "My devices"

I have 3 Konnected boards in my home. They have been working so well I have not had to touch them in over a year.  I recently logged into my Konnected app to add a new sensor to a zone but none of my devices are showed.  I was able to add device by IP and edit it that way, but why cant the app find my boards when scanning my network?  I have the cloud account and all 3 where on there.  The zones are all up and working properly but the konnect app just cant seem to find them unless I add manually.  Does anyone else have this issue?
