I have the pro panel and tried to connect my door sensor on zone 1.
I couldn't find it in the documentation but could it be true that door sensors don't work on Zone1?
After a lot searching on the forum and reconfiguring, restting, etc. at last I connected the door sensor to zone 9 (because 2-8 zones are in use) and it magically works directly.
