Hi,
I just got my Alarm Panel Pro. I connected it to Wifi and everything appears to be connect and work correctly but I always see two blue notifications to update both software and firmware. I tap on the notification, get a Automatic Update prompt, tap OK, a few seconds later a prompt saying "The device is updating. Wait a minute or so then tap refresh."
It doesn't seem to matter how long I wait; 1 minute, 10 minutes, or an hour, neither the software nor the firmware ever updates.
How do I get these updates to actually succeed?
