Konnected add on board disconnecting from wifi

I have a Konnected Alarm Panel 2 with a single Alarm Panel 2 Add-on. Recently, the Alarm Panel 2 Add-on has been having connection issues with the WiFi. It connects to the network for a few seconds and then disconnects and goes into pairing mode. This is new behaviour and it was working for the first couple of weeks. I have one other AP that is further away so I disabled that in case it was getting confused but it still has the same issue. The Konnected Alarm Panel 2 has no issues connecting and staying connected.


Is this a hardware issue? What other troubleshooting can I do?

Embedding the video didn't work but here is a screencast showing the connection issue. Notice, the other board has no issues staying connected and they are right next to each other and LoS from the router.

I held down the reset button for 30s. The device then connected and has remained connected for 2hrs now. Thanks for your help via email Andy!

I’ve tried holding the reset button down for 30 seconds to no avail
