Bosch Tamper Switch

Whenever I open the alarm box to make changes to Konnected my Bosch 2000 alarm triggers as a result of the tamper switch. I could permanently disable it, but I'd rather find out how to temporarily disable it.

I've reviewed the manual. Is there a way to disable the tamper switch from the Bosch control panel before making the tamper switch open in order to avoid triggering an alarm?

I might be late, but just in case if you still need. You may enter installer mode on your keypad by entering your installer code + 7#. This will enable walk test mode. Your siren should not scream even if you open the enclosure, the keypad will beep instead. Once you finish work, press # to finish walk test mode.

Great answer @Kevin - solved my problem too!

Thanks!
