Why can’t anything with this go smoothly! I followed all the steps. Connected with my Samsung account. I can see all the sensors etc. In Actiontiles but it won’t arm or disarm. In my SmartThings app the monitor will cycle and I get a server error retry message. Any ideas? Is there an alternative to Actiontiles?
I too am unable to arm or disarm Konnect using ActionTiles. ActionTiles sees all my devices, can detect the state of my motion and door sensors connected through Konnect.
I have the same problem. Any solution?
New or old Smartthings app? Smart Home Monitor is different between the two and Action Tiles will only work with the Classic app Smart Home Monitor
