I just wanted to share my custom Konnected Garage Door enclosure. My old Wealther-matic irrigation system controller died last year and was replaced with a new unit, so I hollowed out the old enclosure which is perfectly suited for this purpose.
Inside it I mounted my Konnected DIY kit and 2-Channel 5V Relay Module. The 2-Channel Relay module connects to my two garage doors. The DIY board connects to the the relay module, a temperature sensor (why not), piezo buzzer (have to use it for something!) and two open/close magnetic reed switches to determine the garage doors status.
I mounted the enclosure on a wall against the ceiling above one of the garage doors. In the pictures, only the first garage door is wired but the 2nd is wired similarly.
