I have a Safewatch Pro 3000 which I believe is a Vista 20p panel. I have a Interface kit installed but cannot tune the zones. Using door contacts in this example, connecting to the hi contact lights the LED but no adjustment will turn it on and on the low contact no adjustment will turn it off. This is for all zones and all konnected boards.
This is due to the ref voltage not being hooked up when using the power adapter. Misunderstood the purpose of the terminal block. Would be nice to have a written set up document.
