Ground Terminals - Are they common to all zones?

Hello
I couldn’t find anything about the ground terminals, so we have zones 1/2 with a common ground, zones 3/4 with a common ground, etc.

Are ALL of the grounds connected?

All grounds are connected together on the Konnected Alarm Panel and Add-on Board. Hope this helps.
