I set up my konnected and tested the open/close sensor in smartthings which seems to be working fine. I can save the configuration of the zones when I choose most options, but when I choose panic button, motion sensor, smoke detector and a few more it won’t let me save, when I click save it claims “error saving page”. Some items work no problem. Any ideas?
I am far from expert on this, but see if this helps:
If you have any of the zones on a board included in a smart app (smarthome monitor or noonlight), it won't let you save the updated zone configuration in the konnected smart app. The solution that worked for me was to remove the zones from the smart apps, save the zone updates in the konnected app, then re-add the zones to the smart apps.
