I just installed an add on board, it connects to the wifi, registers the two open/close sensors in SmartThings, but when I open/close, they don't trigger. I've verified the wiring to the two sensors is working by moving them to the main board. I've tried removing and re-adding the add on board, ensuring the firmware is up-to-date, rebooted all equipment in the home, still nothing is working. Anyone experience this or have something I should try?
Sounds like you have some end of line resisters installed. They need to be removed I believe.
No resisters installed. Main board works fine, even attached a sensor I'm trying to add to the add on board to the main board and it works on the main board, just not add on.
