For those not familiar with the Uplink 4500EZ: It this is just a wireless adapter for those that didn't have a land line for their security system or that just had VoIP. The monitoring company installed, free of charge, this device that uses 4G to communicate with your alarm system. I just cancelled my Monitoring, waiting for my Konnected to arrive, and thinking if there was any potential use of this 4G Wireless device. For example, in case of power failure to keep a communication in case an alarm was triggered. Anyone smart enough out there that has found an after use for this device, or working on something? I have one and would volunteer to do some testing.
